Our Sausage Slammers start with a fresh, Cheddar-filled Jalapeño half, which is then hand wrapped in house-made Pork Sausage and tied up with Bacon. We then slow smoke the slammers over real Texas post oak wood for an authentic taste of Texas you won't soon forget. An excellent complement to any meal or sliced and served as an outstanding appetizer!
