Our fully smoked Polish Sausage and fresh veggies make this a can’t-miss meal for the whole family. Mix it up with other veggies you love or, prepare it exactly as we have. Either way, you’ll be serving dinner with a smile in no time!

Cooking time: 50 minutes
- 8 links Southside Polish Sausage
- ½ lb. Brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 24 oz. baby red potatoes, halved
- ½ lb. baby carrots
- 1 red onion, quartered
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Southside Oak Smoked Black Pepper (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. salt (to taste)
Preheat oven to 400F.
Wash all veggies and pat dry. Move veggies to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add Southside Oak Smoked Black Pepper and salt and mix, coating veggies.
Spread vegetables on a foil-lined sheet pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and lay sausage links on top of veggies. Reduce heat to 375F and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Turn sausage over and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until sausage is brown and veggies are tender.
