We’re proud to share that the majority of our restaurant menu is FREE of gluten, soy, and corn! If you do have a severe allergy, please alert a manger when you arrive. Our team has protocol in place to reset our serving stations (fresh cutting boards, knives, gloves, etc.) to avoid cross-contamination. We also offer an extensive line of gluten/soy/corn-free options in our online store. These product are all produced in our USDA inspected facility here in Elgin, TX and shipped directly to your address. Additionally, as in our restaurants and meat markets, we never use MSG for our online store products. Other businesses may use MSG to add a meaty flavor. At Southside, we just add meat!
