William Moon first established our company by selling fresh meats door-to-door from a horse-drawn wagon. His reputation for quality led to a storefront in downtown Elgin, TX and in the 140 years since, Southside has continued to evolve. From our USDA inspected facility, we now offer nationwide foodservice distribution, co-packing, private label, research and development, and more.
