Delivery Dates
Delivery dates can be selected at checkout but are not guaranteed. We aim to deliver orders based on date selection, but production and shipping times can alter this timeline. We suggest you select a date earlier then needed to ensure your item arrives in a timely manner. Refunds will not be issued if a selected delivery date is not met.

If no delivery date is selected, the order will ship as soon as possible given production & shipping transit times. If the item you ordered is out of stock, it will ship as soon as inventory is re-stocked.

Shipping Address Accuracy
A physical shipping address is required. Our carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure your shipping address is current and complete prior to finalizing your order. Southside Market is not responsible for delivery problems or delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address as provided by the customer.

Carriers & Notifications
All orders ship via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground and FedEx Home Delivery are the most economical shipping options we can offer. Please note that expedited services DO NOT deliver on Saturday/Sunday including: Express Saver, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day, and Overnight/Next Day delivery.

You will receive a tracking notification from FedEx or UPS as soon your package is picked up & scanned by our delivery drivers. Packages are shipped from TX, CA and OH - we have multiple warehouses to facilitate speedy order fulfillment. All items are made and smoked in Elgin, TX as they have been since 1882.

Order Processing
Most orders received by 10:00am CST are typically processed the same day depending on transit days to desired delivery address. Holiday volumes will effect order processing times. Orders placed after 10:00am CST typically begin processing the next business day after your order is placed. Delivery can take up to 7-10 days depending on when the order is placed, where the package is going, and which shipping method you choose.

For Orders shipping to HI or AK, please call (512) 285-6830. Special arrangements may be made but not in all cases. We cannot ship to international addresses.

Perishable items are shipped frozen and packed with dry ice. It is not uncommon for the ice to dissipate before delivery; however, the meat should still be cool to the touch upon arrival.

Gift Sets are exclusive to the online store and are not available in the restaurant. Many of the same items are available in the restaurant individually; however, the pricing may be different.
