Ingredients:
- 4 links Southside 1882 Hot Beef Sausage
- 1 lb. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup canned hatch green chiles
- 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. While oven is heating, slice 1 sausage link into rounds. Dice the remaining 3 sausage links into small pieces. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine cream cheese, sour cream, green chiles, shredded cheese, and salt and pepper. Add in diced sausage, reserving sliced rounds to the side.
Pour cheese mixture into greased oven-safe baking dish and gently press down with spatula. Top with sliced sausage rounds.
Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 15-20 minutes.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
