This easy-to-make side dish brings all the flavors of traditional stuffing, enhanced with the bold, garlicky kick of our signature sausage.

Ingredients:
- 13.3 oz Southside Garlic Sausage – remove casing and crumble
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
- 3 celery stalks, diced
- 3 cups bread crumbs (day-old bread works best)
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh sage, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a medium baking dish.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add crumbled Garlic Sausage, onion, and celery, and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sausage mixture with bread crumbs, chicken broth, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly mixed and bread is slightly moist.
- Transfer to the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and crisp.
Tips/Notes:
For a richer flavor, toast the breadcrumbs before mixing.
