Holiday Meal Heating Instructions

All items will be fully cooked and refrigerated at the time of pick up. When re-heating, all items (except gravy) are cooked at 350F using a conventional oven. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. All foods should be heated until their internal temperatures reach 165F.

 

ENTREES

(Remove plastic packaging, place in roasting pan, & cover with foil)

Whole Smoked Turkey: 1.5-2 hours

Turkey Breast: 45 Mins – 1 hour

Half Pork Loin: 45 Mins – 1 hour

 

SIDE DISHES

(To reheat in microwave - Heat in provided packaging. Oven: Remove plastic packaging, heat in oven safe container)

Sausage Dressing: 30 – 45 Mins

Mashed Potatoes: 30 – 45 Mins

Green Bean Casserole: 30 – 45 Mins

 

Turkey Gravy

Pour gravy into medium saucepan. Heat on stove top over medium heat for 10-15 mins. Stir frequently until heated through.
