Every Southside Market & BBQ location has a fresh meat market offering quality cuts of beef, pork, poultry, and our made-fresh daily sausage. Select from fresh non-seasoned or pre-seasoned meats or a wide variety of fully smoked packaged meats and sausage to take home. All of our briskets are from Texas raised cattle, and are supplied by Goodstock by Nolan Ryan. All of our sausage is made fresh daily in our USDA approved plant in Elgin, the Sausage Capitol of Texas.
Fresh Rope Sausage & Meats
Pick up our famous fresh rope sausage, quality steaks, pork ribs, half chickens, or briskets all sold by weight. Take home to season, cook and enjoy!
Pre-Seasoned Fresh Meats
Our markets also offer a variety of Fresh Cuts of Meats pre-seasoned with our own Southside Seasonings. Pick these up to take home to cook and enjoy!
Packaged Smoked Sausage and Meats
Each market has a variety of fully smoked meat and sausage products that you can grab and take home to reheat. We offer full and half smoked briskets, racks of ribs, pork steaks, half chickens and over seven varieties of our famous Elgin Sausage including Original Beef, 1882, Jalapeno Cheddar, Garlic, Jalapeno Pepper Jack, Polish and Country. Don't forget our famous Sausage Slammers - offered packaged fresh or fully smoked with 3 per pack. Each Sausage Slammer is made fresh using a half fresh jalapeno, cheddar cheese stuffed inside our sausage and wrapped in bacon. An "only at Southside" favorite!
